Administrative Services Department

The Administrative Services Department manages the planning, organization, control, coordination and direction of the financial policies of Suisun City, as set forth by the City Council and City Manager.

Finance administration includes such functions as:

• accounting
• payroll
• purchasing
• computer systems
• business license administration
• utility billing, including water and sewer service

The department also is responsible for preparing the city's annual financial statements, annual budget and other financial reports required by State and other government agencies.
