| VARIANCE APPLICATION |
Occasionally, property owners want to construct something or carry on an activity not permitted by the Suisun City Zoning Ordinance. A Variance Application allows the City to consider the situation. The City can only issue these permits if there is an unusual physical condition on a property, such a peculiarly shaped lot or an unmovable boulder within a parcel. |
